How to use this

Take what you need

No permission request required for any use described in this book. Download the whole asset pack, or jump to the section you need.

01b — Academy & app icon

The academy is a sub-brand

UGUETO AI Academy is a sub-brand of UGUETO AI, not a separate brand. Its logo is the primary lockup with two changes, built from the master vector: a graduation cap resting on the "A", and the base line reads ACADEMY.UGUETOAI.COM (same Noir, AI in magenta). Everything else — colour, the dot of the "i", proportions, misuse, voice — follows the primary brand. Domain: academy.uguetoai.com.

App icon & favicon (small sizes). Below ~48px the web line stops being legible, so use a rounded square tile: background Magenta #A02369 (preferred) or Ink #111, with the mark in white — UGUETO + the symbol (with the cap, in the Academy version). UGUETO is always present — never the symbol alone. Only the web line is dropped, never UGUETO.

02 — Clear space & size

Give it room

X
  • Clear space = X, where X is the height of the symbol. Nothing enters that margin — no text, no rule, no other logo, no photo edge.
  • Minimum size, digital: 48 px tall, so the UGUETOAI.COM line stays legible. Below that, use the name in type instead.
  • Minimum size, print: 20 mm tall. Below that, use the name in type instead.
  • On photography, place the logo over a calm, even area, or set it on a solid block of Ink or Paper first.

03 — Misuse

Seven things that break it

If a use is not shown in the section above, it is probably one of these.

✕
Don't stretch

Scale proportionally, always.

✕
Don't squash

Same rule, the other direction.

✕
Don't recolour

Magenta and Ink only, or one flat colour.

✕
Don't rotate

It sits level. No angles, no arcs.

✕
No effects

No shadows, bevels, gradients or outlines.

✕
Never the AI alone

Without UGUETO above it, the mark says nothing about whose AI it is.

✕
Not on noise

Busy background? Put it on a solid block first.

04 — Colour

Two neutrals and one magenta

The palette is deliberately small. Magenta is an accent, not a background — it marks the one thing that matters on a page.

Magenta HEX #A02369RGB 160 35 105CMYK 24 100 22 12
Deep magenta HEX #7C1A51RGB 124 26 81CMYK 33 100 33 30

Paper 60% Ink 30% Magenta 10%

05 — Typography

Anton shouts. Montserrat explains.

Two families for the brand and the website, both free from Google Fonts. Anton is used only for display — headlines and numbers that matter. Everything a person actually reads is Montserrat. The logo is a separate system: it is drawn in Lemon Milk (the UGUETO wordmark and the AI symbol) and Noir (the UGUETOAI.COM baseline). Never set the logo in Anton or Montserrat, and never set web headlines in Lemon Milk.

06 — Name & words

Get the name right

This is the part that goes wrong most often in press, decks and partner materials. These are not preferences — they are the terms the firm is built on.

CorrectUGUETO AI

Two words, always all caps when "Ugueto" goes with "AI". On second reference: "the firm".

NeverUguetoAI · Ugueto A.I. · Ugueto Ai · Ugueto AI

"Ugueto AI Marketing" and "Ugueto Marketing" are former names, kept only for historical reference.

CorrectAdvisory firm

Also fine: "AI-first advisory firm", "women-led advisory firm".

NeverAgency · Shop · Vendor

The work is advisory and operational, not campaign production.

CorrectDigital employee

Plain language people understand on first hearing. Plural: digital employees.

NeverBot · Chatbot · Virtual assistant

"Agentic system" is accurate but technical — keep it out of public-facing copy.

CorrectElimar Ugueto — the founder

A person. Founder and CEO of the firm, and the only spokesperson.

NeverEli Ugueto · "Eli, our CEO"

Eli is an AI character, not a person. Never merge her name with Elimar's, and never present her as human staff — she always carries the AI label.

CorrectElimar Ugueto, founder and CEO

Lowercase the title when it follows the name.

NeverElimar Ugueto, Founder & C.E.O.

Spell out "and" in body copy; the ampersand is for signatures and cards.

07 — Boilerplate

Approved descriptions

Copy these as written. If you need a different length, use the closest one and cut from the end.

One line · 20 words

UGUETO AI is a women-led advisory firm in Seattle that builds digital employees for companies in the United States.

Short · 55 words

UGUETO AI is a women-led, AI-first advisory firm based in Seattle. Every AI agent on Elimar's team is a woman: if the myth says women are better at organizing chaos, she'd rather not take the risk. It builds digital employees — AI systems constructed from a single company's own processes, policies and voice — for companies that want one. Human specialists sit behind every judgment call. The firm works in English and Spanish from day one.

Full · 110 words

UGUETO AI is a women-led advisory firm based in Seattle. Founded in 2006 and rebuilt AI-first in 2025, it designs and operates digital employees for companies in the United States — AI systems built from a client's own processes, policies and voice rather than from a template. Each engagement is structured in three layers: a lead digital employee that never closes, specialist digital employees built for individual business functions, and a human team on Pacific hours — covering Pacific, Central and Eastern — that handles judgment calls, sensitive conversations and anything the system is not authorized to touch. The firm works bilingually in English and Spanish from day one.

08 — Voice

How the brand sounds

01

Plain words, always

"A digital employee that answers at three in the morning" beats "24/7 agentic coverage". If a sentence needs a glossary, rewrite it.

02

Specific over clever

Name the number, the hour, the function. Concrete detail is what makes a claim believable — a pun is not.

03

Say where the human is

Never imply the AI decides alone. Every description of the work names the human who is accountable.

04

Bilingual by origin

Spanish is not a translation layer added at the end. Where both languages appear, both read as if written first.

09 — Digital identities

Always AI, always declared

The firm runs on digital employees, and two of them have names. They are part of the brand — and they never pretend to be people. The founder and CEO is Elimar Ugueto: a different name, a real person.

The transparency rule

Every digital identity declares it is an AI agent — in voice, in writing, in an email signature and in the website widget. No exceptions, and never "it's implied".

Uguetica
Uguetica, Elimar Ugueto's avatar
  • Elimar Ugueto's avatar — her digital twin — and the digital CEO of Ugueto Enterprises — she runs the ecosystem of digital employees behind the founder's businesses.
  • She is the voice agent on uguetoai.com, speaking in Elimar's cloned voice, in English and Spanish.
  • She always introduces herself as Elimar's AI avatar. Never as Elimar, never as a human.
  • She signs as "Uguetica | Digital CEO", with the line "Supervised AI agent".
Eli
Eli, the UGUETO AI animated character
  • Elimar's animated avatar and the COO of UGUETO AI in the firm's agentic world: she directs the AI agents.
  • Used sparingly and small — under 120 px tall in digital layouts. Never the logo, never the main image, never in place of a photo of a real person.
  • Do not redraw, recolour or generate new poses without approval.
  • She signs as "Eli | COO, UGUETO AI", with the line "Supervised AI agent". Never presented as human staff or as the founder.

10 — Signatures

One page, every signature

The official email signatures — the founder, the team and the digital identities — live on one page. Copy yours from there instead of rebuilding it by hand, so every email looks the same.
