One line

UGUETO AI is a women-led advisory firm in Seattle that builds digital employees for companies in the United States.

Short

UGUETO AI is a women-led, AI-first advisory firm based in Seattle. Every AI agent on Elimar's team is a woman: if the myth says women are better at organizing chaos, she'd rather not take the risk. It builds digital employees — AI systems constructed from a single company's own processes, policies and voice — for companies that want one. Human specialists on Pacific hours, covering Pacific, Central and Eastern, sit behind every judgment call. The firm works in English and Spanish from day one.

Full

UGUETO AI is a women-led advisory firm based in Seattle. Founded in 2006 and rebuilt AI-first in 2025, it designs and operates digital employees for companies in the United States — AI systems built from a client's own processes, policies and voice rather than from a template. Each engagement is structured in three layers: a lead digital employee that never closes, specialist digital employees built for individual business functions, and a human team on Pacific hours — covering Pacific, Central and Eastern — that handles judgment calls, sensitive conversations and anything the system is not authorized to touch. The firm works bilingually in English and Spanish from day one.

What the firm does

In three sentences

01

It builds digital employees

Not a chatbot bolted onto a website. An AI system constructed from one company's processes, policies, products and voice — so it answers the way that business would answer, and escalates when it shouldn't.

02

Humans stay accountable

Refunds, complaints, legal and regulated data never sit with the AI. A trained human team handles judgment calls and reviews the system's work, which is how it gets sharper each week.

03

It serves the Hispanic market seriously

English and Spanish from day one at no extra cost. For U.S. companies whose customers are part Hispanic, that is one system instead of two.

Full bio · 165 words

Elimar Ugueto founded her firm in 2006 and rebuilt it AI-first in 2025. Today, as founder and CEO of UGUETO AI, she leads a women-led advisory practice in Seattle that designs and operates digital employees — AI systems built from a single company's own processes, policies and voice — for companies that want one. Her route into the field is unusual. Before AI, she spent twenty-five years in communications and media: singing, radio and television, voice-over and hosting, in Spanish and English, work that shaped how she thinks about voice, trust, and the difference between a message that lands and one that does not. She is not a programmer; her work is adoption — the part most companies get wrong.

She also serves as Director of Agentic Systems and Marketing Advisor to the Victoria Venezuela Foundation, a U.S. 501(c)(3), where she built and deployed, pro bono, an ecosystem of more than twenty AI agents that now run the foundation's daily operations. The foundation supports 1,200 children across four locations in Venezuela.

In 2026 she completed CS50's Computer Science for Business Professionals (Harvard University, HarvardX), the Algorithms Specialization (Stanford Online) and Analytics for Decision Making (Babson College) — a deliberate path from business into the technology underneath it: how software is built, how algorithms work, and how data should drive decisions.

For interviews

What she can speak to

Topics where she has direct, first-hand experience — not general commentary.

Why generic AI fails on the hard question

The failure mode nobody budgets for: a confident wrong answer. What it costs, and how a system is designed to escalate instead of guess.

The Hispanic revenue opportunity U.S. companies keep missing

Why bilingual service is usually built as a second system, and what happens to revenue when it isn't.

Building AI where a wrong answer is expensive

Regulated and high-stakes operations: writing the data and escalation rules before anything is built, with legal and compliance in the room.

Twenty-five years in communications and media, now building AI voice

What voice and media work teaches about tone, trust and why most AI copy sounds wrong.

AI adoption is not a technology problem

The real work is extracting two hundred undocumented decisions out of a founder's head — and keeping them current.

Running a nonprofit on twenty AI agents

A 501(c)(3) supporting 1,200 children, its daily operations run by an agent ecosystem built pro bono.
