UGUETO AI

Built for one company — yours

A chief of staff that never sleeps. And specialists who do.

We build your company its own digital employee. It knows your products, your policies, your customers and your history — and it is awake at three in the morning. Behind it sits a human team for everything that needs judgment.

The team

One person decides. The rest work.

Made with what we sellThis piece was produced by UGUETO AI with the same AI tools we build for clients: direction, generation and edit. No agency, no stock library. It is a demonstration, not a stock photo.

How it's built

Three layers, one point of contact

You talk to one digital employee. What happens underneath is structured so nothing routine reaches a person, and nothing risky reaches a customer without one.

Layer one

The chief of staff

Your lead digital employee, named by you, aware of the whole operation. It answers, it routes, it remembers, and it tells you what happened while you were asleep. Every other piece of the system reports through it.

Layer two

Specialist digital employees

Underneath it, digital employees built for each function of your business — one for customer conversations, one for the sales pipeline, one for reporting, one for internal operations. Nothing generic. They are constructed from your processes, not from a template.

Layer three

Human judgment

Judgment calls, sensitive conversations, and anything the digital employees are not authorized to touch go to a licensed person. Usually that is your own team, because they are the ones already answerable to your regulator; we define in writing what escalates, with what context, and how fast. If you do not have that coverage, or you want a second read, our specialists step in as advisory. It is built around what you already have, not the other way round.

What they do

They don't just reply. They work.

A digital employee is not a chat box. It answers the phone, goes out and finds customers, works with real numbers, and leaves the work ready for you to decide on.

Voice

They answer and place calls

They pick up when no one can, return calls and follow up. Every call opens by saying it is AI and, where the law requires it, asking permission to record. The transcript is kept for you to review.

Conversation

They answer in writing

Email, WhatsApp, site chat, forms. In English and Spanish, in your tone, from your addresses. They reply in seconds at any hour, and anything that isn't theirs to handle they escalate with the case already organized.

Prospecting

They go find people, and verify them

They build the list of who you want to sell to, check it against public and official registries, and write each approach one by one. They never invent a company or a person.

Live data

They calculate, not just write

They connect to your pricing, inventory or data sources and return real figures — a quote, a calculation, a number you can act on. Not a written approximation.

Content

They write what needs publishing

Posts, emails, landing pages and scripts, built from your playbook and your voice. Nothing goes out without your approval, and once you correct something the correction sticks.

Operations

They move the internal work

Reports, case follow-up, status updates, reminders to the team. The work nobody wants to do, and that holds up everything else when it doesn't get done.

Your Command Center

One screen, and your phone

You don't have to trust blindly or check everything by hand. There is one place you open to see what your digital team did, ask it for new work, and approve with a tap. And when you're out, you message it from your phone the way you'd message anyone on your team.

Every morning

The daily brief

Before you open your inbox you already know what happened overnight, what is waiting on you, and what moved toward your numbers.

Before it ships

The approval queue

Anything needing your sign-off lands in one place, ready to read and approve with a tap. Nothing reaches a customer without passing through it.

All the time

The results board

What was done, how much, and against which goal. Every draft the AI produced is logged and can be audited later.

Guardrails

Always a person

The digital employee is fast because its boundaries are explicit. It answers from your playbook, and when a situation falls outside it, it escalates rather than improvises. It never handles alone:

  • Refunds, credits, and anything that moves money
  • Complaints, escalations, and unhappy customers
  • Legal, privacy, and safety questions
  • Health, financial or regulated data your policy does not clear it for
  • Anything your playbook does not explicitly cover

Outside business hours it acknowledges, resolves what it is cleared to resolve, and holds the rest at the top of the queue for the moment a specialist logs on.

Regulated industries

Built inside your rules

If your business has a regulator, the problem isn't whether the AI writes well. It's whether it writes inside the law, and whether you can prove it. That part gets worked out before anything is built, not after the first scare.

First

The rules come before the code

What it may say, who it may contact, with what consent, which data it may see, and who approves what. Written with your legal or compliance team and kept as a hard rule in the playbook.

Deliverable

The programs, inside the $6,500

The AI governance program and the information security program, written for your company and included in the build, not quoted separately. They are produced with the same agent system we sell you — which is why they arrive in weeks instead of as a six-figure consulting engagement. More regulators ask for these every year; if yours does, you already have them.

Always

Everything is logged

Every AI draft, every consent, every call, with a date and time. For your own audit, and for the moment someone outside asks.

The build

Four weeks to a digital employee that knows your business

01

Mapping

Your lead spends the first week inside the operation — what happens, in what order, who touches it, where it breaks, and which data each role may see. You get the written map whether or not we continue.

02

The playbook

Policies, voice, decision rules, escalation thresholds, the two hundred things you know and have never written down. This is what the digital employee is made of, and you own it.

03

Construction

We build your chief of staff and its specialists, connect them to the tools you already use, and name them whatever you want them named. Then we run them shadowed against real work until the answers hold up.

04

Go live, then compound

Every correction a specialist makes becomes permanent context. The digital employee that answers in month nine is meaningfully better than the one that launched — and it is the only one in the world that knows your business.

One real case

Twenty agents running a whole operation

The Victoria Venezuela Foundation runs on an ecosystem of more than twenty digital employees we built and maintain: marketing, research, events, fundraising and internal operations, with a bilingual role-based approvals platform and a full log of every action taken.

Operating model

Eight questions, answered in writing

Before anything goes live, every client gets a one-page operating model that answers these for their own business. This is how each one works.

Who owns the data?

You do. Your playbook, your data and everything the system learns are yours, exportable at any time — written into the agreement before you pay.

Which source is authoritative?

Your playbook. The digital employee answers from it and nothing else; if something is not there, it escalates instead of guessing.

What can it read?

Only the systems and data you approve during the mapping week, written down role by role.

What can it change?

Every connected system is listed as read-only or read-and-write. It only writes where you said yes.

What requires approval?

Money, complaints, legal and regulated topics, anything public, and anything your playbook does not cover. A person decides.

What gets logged?

Every draft, action, consent and call, with date and time — so you can audit it later.

How do we stop it?

Tell your lead and it is paused. It stays paused until you say otherwise.

How do we roll it back?

Every change to your playbook is versioned. Any correction can be undone and the system returned to an earlier version.

The difference

What nobody else puts in writing

We answer for the outcome

If your digital employee gets something wrong, we fix it — and every correction makes it better: weekly quality review, human specialists, and a lead with a name who owns the account.

Zero lock-in

Your playbook is yours, in an open format, and your agent can live in your own cloud. If you ever leave, you take everything with you. Our job is making you not want to — not trapping you.

We eat our own cooking

Our own businesses have run on this same architecture for over a year. Every failure that can happen happened to us first — and is documented with its fix.

Engagements

A few clients, on purpose

Building a digital employee that truly knows a business is not something you do at volume. We take on a few clients per quarter — as many as one lead can know deeply and answer for. When the seats fill, there is a waiting list.

The advantage

Awake at 3am, sharp at 9

Most support disappears at six and returns at nine the next morning. Most AI answers instantly and gets the hard question wrong. You get both halves: a digital employee that never closes, and licensed human judgment on Pacific hours — your team, ours, or both — for the moments that decide whether a customer stays.

It works in English and Spanish from day one, at no extra cost. If part of your market is Hispanic, that is one system instead of two.

Your brand, not ours

Nobody sees us

The digital employee carries your name, your voice, and the personality you choose for it. Everything goes out from your addresses. Your customers experience a business that answers immediately and knows them well.

You get the outcome. The operation stays invisible.

Who is behind it

Twenty years in business, AI-first since 2025

UGUETO AI is a women-led advisory firm based in Seattle. Every AI agent on Elimar's team is a woman: if the myth says women are better at organizing chaos, she'd rather not take the risk. Founded in 2006, it has run AI-first since 2025: digital-employee architecture across the functions of a business — sales, service, operations, content — for companies in the United States.

Questions

Before you ask

Will it make things up?

It answers from your playbook, not from general knowledge, and when a question falls outside it the digital employee escalates instead of guessing. Confident wrong answers are the failure mode we design against first, because one of them costs more than a hundred slow replies.

What about sensitive or regulated data?

Mapping starts with your obligations: which data the digital employee may see, which it may not, and who approves what. In regulated industries this is written before anything is built, together with your legal or compliance team, and it lives in the playbook as a hard rule.

Are the human specialists yours or mine?

Yours by default. Your people already hold the license, the context and the accountability to your regulator; what we add is the structure — what escalates, with what context, and how fast — so the digital employee hands them work that is already prepared. If you are short a lane, or you want a second read before something goes out, our specialists step in at that point as advisory. Both shapes fit the same contract.

What actually happens at three in the morning?

The digital employee replies immediately and resolves anything it is cleared to resolve. Anything sensitive gets acknowledged honestly, held, and placed at the top of the queue for the specialist who opens at eight. True overnight human on-call is available as an add-on where the business needs it.

Who owns the digital employee?

The playbook is yours, your data is yours, and so is all the accumulated context — you can export it whenever you want. Where it makes sense, the server, the database and the tool accounts are in your company's name, backed up daily, and we run them for you. The platform it runs on, and is maintained on, is ours. This is written into the agreement before you pay a dollar; it is not discovered later.

What if UGUETO AI stops operating?

Your system does not die with us. For builds that run on your own infrastructure, a copy of the full configuration and the setup guide is held by a neutral third party and released to you if we stop providing service. It is the right question to ask a small firm, and we would rather answer it before you ask.

Why not build this ourselves?

You can. What takes the time is not the technology — it is extracting two hundred undocumented decisions out of your head, writing them down correctly, and then keeping them current while the business changes. That is the work you are paying for.

Do we keep our existing tools?

Yes. The digital employees connect to what you already use — your inbox, helpdesk, CRM, calendar, spreadsheets. If a lane needs tooling you don't have, we set it up in your name and you own it.

Do the math

It costs the same as one employee

A U.S. operations manager runs $60,000–$80,000 a year before benefits — and you still have to teach them AI agents. For the same money, Extended installs the whole system.
